Do you offer In-person and virtual sessions?

We offer both in‑person and telehealth therapy for clients in New York, as well as telehealth services for clients in New Jersey and Connecticut. Our office is conveniently located at 430 East 86th Street, Suite 1F, New York, NY 10028. 

What are your session fees?

Please inquire about current rates. As part of my mission to provide quality care to a wide range of individuals, a sliding scale may be available to those with financial need.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and are not in-network with any insurance companies. We will provide you with monthly Super Bills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you call the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your appointment to ask about your benefits and deductible. 

How do I make an appointment?

What method of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted.  

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a session, please email or call uss at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full session fee with less than 24 hours notice.
