By working closely with various providers in your life, I provide the most comprehensive care in support of your vision of YOU. A big believer in the power of collaboration, I regularly communicate with schools, doctors, nutritionists, psychiatrists, and more to provide you with the best possible care.
Specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed treatment allows me to help my clients navigate and overcome various challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, or family and relationship challenges, I am here to support you in building a healthier, more fulfilled YOU.
CBT is an evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment that helps you identify and explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact your current functioning. I utilize CBT to treat individuals of all ages with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and depression.
DBT is an evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment that focuses on improving confusion about self, interpersonal challenges, emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and parent-child relationships. I provide individual DBT-informed treatment and individual skills training. For comprehensive DBT skills groups, I refer families and individuals to other specialized providers.
By collaborating directly with schools, I am able to help children struggling with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in educational settings. This allows me to work with educators to create a supportive and effective environment where students can truly thrive.

Ideally, the families I work with feature parents who are very involved in their children's lives and play an active role in the therapeutic process. By positioning my practice as an extension of these families, I can better collaborate and create a comprehensive approach to care.
I am proud to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, and young adults experiencing:
I am happy to connect with other providers involved in each client's life, such as schools, doctors, nutritionists, psychiatrists, and others. This ensures that my clients are positioned to benefit from the best possible care. I pride myself on being highly responsive, and will take the time to form meaningful connections with clients in order to tailor my treatment approach to fit the unique needs of each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.
One aspect that I believe sets me apart is my accessibility. Unlike many other practitioners, I am committed to responding to emails within the day and will often offer a quick call with clients as needed. By adopting this direct, personal approach I am able to make sure that all of my clients feel supported and valued. Teens and young adults, in particular, find me relatable and approachable, while children appreciate my warm and playful demeanor.
Determined to create an easy going, supportive, and safe environment where clients feel comfortable and look forward to coming each week, I aim to make my office space and approach feel the opposite of “stiff” or “cold”.
Instead, I extend a welcoming atmosphere that feels like speaking to a close friend, combined with the professionalism and expertise of a highly educated and trained psychologist.
